Meet the Doctors
Dr. Ronald Bailey
received his DMD degree
from Tufts University, Boston in 1975 & is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Dental Association (ADA), Maine Dental Association (MDA), and the Penobscot Valley Dental Society (PVDS). With over 40 years of serving Maine families, he specializes in Cosmetic Dentistry
and has received advanced training in dental implants, Invisalign & Sure Smile clear aligners, Cerec crowns, and endodontics.
Born and raised in the Bangor, Maine
area, Dr. Bailey is an avid fan of outdoor recreational activities and also enjoys traveling with his wife, Gayle, along with spending time with their 5 grandchildren. Two of his adult sons, Ryan & Patrick, reside in Arizona, where they are working in real estate, and his third son, Dr. Eron Aldridge, is a practicing oral surgeon in the Bangor area.

Dr. Kirston S. Valley has been a member of our Stillwater Dental family since 2019. She attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology
from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
from the University of New England. She currently has active memberships with the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Penobscot Valley Dental Society (PVDS). Dr. Valley is experienced in all areas of restorative dentistry,
including dentures, crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canal therapy), and she also has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry.
Having grown up in neighboring New Hampshire, Dr. Valley enjoys outdoor activities, fitness, reading, and video games. She also enjoys spending time with her big dog, Bowen, (a St. Bernard/Poodle mix, known as a St. Berdoodle), and her husband, Jake, who is a native of Brewer, Maine and a fellow dentist in the Bangor community. With her commitment to dental excellence and her calming and gentle demeanor, Dr. Valley strives to help patients of all ages feel comfortable in her care.
In January of 2022, Stillwater Dental welcomed
Dr. Christopher "Chris" Ford
to our practice. Dr. Ford grew up in Presque Isle, Maine and received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maine in Orono. He then went on to Boston where he completed his
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Ford has been practicing dentistry in Maine since 2017 and holds memberships with the American Dental Association, Maine Dental Association, and Penobscot Valley Dental Society.
Dr. Ford provides treatment in all areas of restorative
and cosmetic dentistry. Some of his specialties include dentures, crown & bridge,
endodontics
(root canal therapy), and extractions, to name a few.
While in Boston, Dr. Ford met his wife, Danielle, who is an elementary school special education teacher. They married in 2019 and have a beautiful daughter and a new baby boy. During his leisure time, Dr. Ford and his family enjoy exploring Acadia National Park, hiking, and walks with their Pomeranian-Yorkie, Winston. Other interests include watching football (an avid Dallas Cowboys fan since childhood) and learning about history. Dr. Ford is a caring and compassionate dentist who is a great listener and enjoys collaborating with patients to meet their dental healthcare needs.
